Sludge recuperator
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The modular sludge recuperator is a simple and efficient process for energy optimization in the field of sludge treatment. The heat exchanger modules (“recuperators”) transfer the heat of the warm, digested sludge in a physical-mechanical way by passing it past the cold raw sludge in counterflow via a contact surface. The necessary heating of the raw sludge with heating oil or natural gas can therefore be omitted or reduced.
The sludge recuperator is an RWG (Ruhr-Wasserwirtschafts-Gesellschaft mbH) licensed product.
