Nozzle aerator
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The nozzle aerator is a development for oxygen supply in aeration tanks. By using this system, energy savings can be achieved because the usual membrane resistance of the currently frequently used aerators no longer occurs. Design-related advantages also result from the permanent forced draining of the nozzle aerators. For cleaning purposes, the nozzle carrier can be backwashed during operation by supplying acetic acid, for example, so that calcification or clogging is permanently prevented.
A staggered arrangement of nozzle aerators and fluid nozzle carriers can also be used to achieve the necessary circulation or inoculation of the wastewater in aeration tanks. The fluid nozzle carriers achieve a more uniform mixing of the tank volume with reduced energy consumption. The fluid nozzle holders with a project-related diameter ≥ 1 mm have a similar design and also have permanent forced draining. Backwashing is realized via connectable hose systems.
