HydroScum-FLAP

HydroScum-FLAP sludge drains are installed on a side wall of the basin in the permanent storage area. They consist of a drainage channel designed as a box channel with an automatically adjustable overflow flap. A measuring sensor system detects the water level and sludge level and removes the floating sludge by lowering the overflow edge. The HydroMatic control of the floating sludge discharge allows different operating modes. The floating sludge can thus be automatically detected via an optical system and removed fully automatically.
