HydroKlar-FLOAT

The “System HydroKlar” clear water removal systems can be used in a variety of ways in both water supply and wastewater treatment plants. In SBR wastewater treatment plants, they are used for water level-controlled clear water separation in the SBR process. The automatic system, optionally controlled by turbidity measurement, feeds the purified water to the pre-fluent in a process-controlled manner (according to time and quantity). The reserves for the cleaning process can be significantly increased by selecting the maximum extraction volume. The HydroMatic control unit supplied adjusts the discharge volume to the current water level. The HydroKlar-FLOAT model is suitable for large discharge volumes and has a “Göbel crown” that enables precise volume control. Measuring probes required for the process can be attached to a special holder on the HydroKlar unit, eliminating the need for separate probe holders. Furthermore, the HydroKlar-FLOAT can be supplemented with an automatic floating sludge device.
