Alarm manager

Alarm management and the associated optimal support of the on-call service is an essential component of the HST SCADA systems. For this reason, alarm management is also fully integrated into HST’s SCADA solutions and not connected as a third-party product via an interface. The advantages are obvious: there is no need for double parameterization, as all data is stored in the SCADA system. The user interface is standardized throughout the system. The free configuration of the alarm management enables the implementation of a wide variety of alarm concepts, such as the adjustable escalation scenarios. The on-call service is informed via various services such as SMS, e-mail, voice message, messenger or the HST Alarm App. The SCADA Alarm Manager uses the latest ALL-IP DSL connections and also offers a redundant alarm path via a GSM modem.
